Software was better than I expected
I was previously using other remote workflow tools but didn't have high hopes here. However, this software's dialer feature worked noticeably smoother than the others I tried. I expected clunky database access, but it was surprisingly intuitive. The automatic updates didn't disrupt my workflow, which was a plus compared to past experiences. Signing up and paying was fairly standard, nothing complex but also nothing frustrating. Training was clear enough that I didn't feel lost in the early days, which helped me adapt well. While I’m not extremely enthusiastic, the software definitely matched and even exceeded my expectations in key areas like stability and ease of use. I'd likely continue using it since it serves my day-to-day remote work decently.
