Software use karne mein meri nazar mein fail
Mujhe pata tha ki remote workflow ke liye kuch new software try karna padega, toh WFHI ka software use karna start kiya. Lekin honestly, main bilkul impressed nahi ho paayi. Sabse pehle toh onboarding mein main confused hui ki kaha se kaunse tools access karne hain, kyunki dashboard itna cluttered tha ki main easily meri required cheezein locate nahi kar paayi. Calling tools ya dialer bhi samajhne mein tricky thay, aur koi proper help available nahi thi jiski wajah se main frustrate ho gayi. Database feature bhi mujhe itna use nahi hua kyunki mujhe samajh nahi aaya ki usko workflow mein kaise fit karun. Software ke automatic updates se kuch better ki ummeed thi, par koi khas farak nahi nazar aaya meri taraf se. Payment aur invoicing ka process bhi confusing tha - mujhe invoice milne mein der lagti thi aur payment confirmation unclear tha. Support team se baat karne ki koshish ki, par wait karte karte mera time waste ho gaya. Overall, mera verdict ye hai ki mere liye ye software useful nahi tha aur main ise recommend nahi karungi jab tak major improvements na ho.
