Software suits those who know what they want
The software has many useful features, but you do need to work out quite a bit for yourself to make it run smoothly. The training is helpful, but some details seem to rely on you figuring things out on the go. If you’re a self-starter who can manage without step-by-step handholding, this could be a good fit. However, if you prefer clearly guided instructions and easily digestible setup flows, you might find this a bit challenging. The dialer and database tools worked fine once I got past the initial learning curve, but it took some persistence. Automatic updates are a nice touch, keeping software fairly current without extra effort. Still, overall, I’d say this is best for people comfortable with navigating software with minimal push in the right direction.
