Software steps could be more logical
When I first accessed the WFHI software, I found the sequence of steps a bit confusing. Although the software has a lot of features like the dialer tool and the database management, the access flow wasn’t always intuitive. For example, setting up the calling tools was something I had to jump between different sections instead of following a linear path. This sometimes led to errors or repeated efforts. On the positive side, the automatic updates integrated fairly well and did not disrupt my workflow. The invoicing and payment interface was quite straightforward and easy to use once I managed to sign up. However, I missed some clearer onboarding steps that guided me on which task to complete first. Telephonic support was responsive enough to clear my minor doubts, but I felt some documentation could have helped me more. Overall, the software is functional, but it could improve its user guidance by rearranging the access steps in a more sensible and user-friendly order.
