Software sign-up and access steps were mixed in their order
The experience with software access felt neither fully smooth nor completely chaotic. Initially, after signing up, I was taken through invoicing and payment steps that made sense, clear and straightforward. Next came onboarding with training sessions, which were scheduled logically, introducing dialer tools first, then database management. However, I noticed that automatic updates were pushed to my dashboard shortly before I had fully understood some features, which interrupted the flow a bit. Support was available when I called, though sometimes during peak hours there was a delay that made me wait. I also found that concurrent use of calling tools alongside database entries was a bit cumbersome without prior practice. Overall, the steps were mostly sensible, but the timing of some automatic updates and training materials could be better staggered to allow smoother adaptation to functions. In conclusion, the experience was passable with room for improving how the access and training processes align sequentially.
