Software's recovery from outages was very noticeable
Reflecting back on my experience with WFHI software, what stood out was how the platform handled unexpected issues. There were several occasions where the software didn’t respond as anticipated—calls wouldn’t connect through the dialer, or the database wouldn't update properly during busy periods. However, what I did appreciate was the automatic updates feature and the way the support team communicated about ongoing fixes. Although these downtime moments were frustrating, the prompt notifications and subsequent system restores helped mitigate longer interruptions. In comparison, I found the sign-up and payment process to be quite smooth with clear invoicing and no confusion there. The training sessions also helped prepare me for some of the usual challenges, equipping me with troubleshooting basics. Overall, this experience was genuinely mixed. The standout part was definitely how system recoveries and support responsiveness improved user confidence despite the glitches. I would not say the software was perfect, but resilience in the face of failures was a strong point from my perspective, making it easier to continue using it despite occasional hiccups.
