Software Not For Beginners Or Those Who Need Clear Guidance

I tried the WFHI software to set up my remote workflow, but frankly, I ended up spending a lot more time figuring things out than I expected. The onboarding was minimal, and I had to work through several steps on my own without much guidance. The calling tools and dialer weren't exactly intuitive, and combined with database management, it felt like I was fumbling through a manual. Even though the software kept updating automatically, I sometimes found changes confusing without detailed notes or training. The telephonic support was there, but they often suggested looking at FAQs or going through tutorials again rather than solving my issues directly. For someone who is not tech-savvy or who wants a smoother, less trial-and-error approach, this might not be the right fit. It feels better suited to users who prefer to self-learn and want to spend time experimenting rather than having hands-on help throughout the process. I was hoping it would be easier to pick up, but it didn’t meet my expectations in that regard.
