Software mostly matched my expectations, felt decent overall
Before using WFHI’s software, I had moderate expectations about how intuitive the interface and tools would be. The actual experience was broadly in line with those expectations. The onboard training prepared me adequately, and the call dialer performed reliably across different sessions. I did find some minor gaps in user guidance that caused me to pause occasionally, but nothing too disruptive. The database feature matched what I thought it would do, organizing contacts and histories in a manageable way. Updates didn’t bring any surprises and worked quietly in the background. Overall, the system felt solid and nothing stood out as a major problem or a major win. It was exactly what I expected, a decent toolkit for running remote workflows but not something overly fancy or complicated.
