Software mostly fits my work hours but with minor hassles
My expectation before signing up was that the software’s calling tools and database would fit neatly within the hours I actually work during the day. Generally, this was true as I was able to make calls using the dialer throughout my shifts, and the automatic updates happened at times that didn’t interrupt me. However, occasionally, some features like the database refresh would lag a bit, which slowed down my workflow briefly. The sign-up and invoicing process was efficient and matched what I was told beforehand, so that part did not surprise me. The training was practical, giving me a clear idea of how to work remotely and manage the software, making the daily use decent overall. Despite a few minor hassles here and there, the software mostly met expectations for adapting to my actual working hours and routine, which made a positive difference in staying organized throughout my day.
