software matched what i thought - took some effort though

The dialer and calling tools worked well throughout the week without any big glitches and the database part integrated nicely with my workflow, though it did take me a few days to really get comfortable with everything. Automatic updates happened quietly in the background, which was good because I didn’t have to think about it—just kept things running smoothly. The support by phone was pretty friendly and helpful when I reached out, which was not often thankfully. Overall, it’s exactly what I signed up for, but don’t expect it to just be plug and play; some effort and learning curve is definitely there before you feel fully at ease.
