Software matched expectations with some gaps
When I first considered WFHI's offering, I expected the sales and pre-purchase information to give a clear picture of exactly what tools and training I'd be getting. In part, it did meet those needs, presenting how the remote workflow software would function and how it could be set up. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward, which made the financial commitment less confusing. However, some details about the database feature and the dialer tools were not as clear upfront. There were features I assumed would be included or more easily accessible that turned out to require additional training or configuration. Automatic updates were handled well and didn't disrupt work, but it was not made obvious beforehand how those updates might affect software behavior. I appreciated the telephonic support option, though at times I found it hard to get through quickly when I needed specific help before committing. Overall, the product delivery aligned well with the general description, but not all nuances were fully transparent at the pre-purchase stage, so my impression is mixed.
