software lacks reliability when things go wrong

Throughout my experience using the software, I found that it performed well under normal conditions, with smooth onboarding and a straightforward sign-up process. The database features were adequate for simple organization of contact information, and the automatic updates helped keep everything current without hassle. However, when unforeseen issues arose, such as connection drops in the dialer or unexpected errors in data retrieval, the software struggled. The troubleshooting options within the software felt limited and often led to frustration because I couldn't find immediate solutions. Telephonic support was polite and tried to assist, but resolutions were slow and sometimes required multiple calls. This significantly affected the workflow continuity. Billing and payment processes were handled adequately with clear invoicing and responsive confirmation. Despite these positives, the inconsistency when things did not work correctly made me hesitant to fully rely on the software. It has potential but needs stronger error handling and faster support turnaround times. Until these aspects improve, I would advise caution for those who depend on uninterrupted access and prompt fixes. Nonetheless, for less critical uses, the software and training offer a fair baseline to begin with, especially if you are prepared to manage occasional disruptions yourself.
