Software ki jo sochi thi, wo nahi mili yaar
Maine WFHI ka software lena tha because unhone bataya tha ki easy access milega remote workflows ke liye. Par jab maine start kiya, toh sab kuch confusing laga. Kabhi kabhi dashboard freeze ho jata, aur access bhi baar baar reload karna padta. Ek baat okay thi, ki updates automatically aate rahe without mujhe kuch karne ke. Lekin baaki features, jaise calling tools ya database, matlab kuch samajh mein nahi aaya waise jaise advertise kiya tha. Ek din toh pura session gaya waste kyunki call interface freeze ho gaya tha. Maine socha ki training se sab clear ho jayega, par wo bhi bas basic cheezein thi, deep help nahi mila. Onboarding process bhi thoda lamba feel hua bina clear instructions ke. Mera personal experience yeh raha ki software expected se kaafi alag tha road map ke hisaab se, aur thoda workaround karna padha apne hisaab se. Mujhe lagta hai company ko apne promise aur product ke beech consistency ko improve karna chahiye taaki users ko frustration na ho aur wo asaani se apna kaam kar saken.
