Software instructions were clear with minor doubts
I started using WFHI's software with the hope that the onboarding and training would be straightforward. The clarity provided during the explanation of the software was generally good. Most steps were well illustrated, and I managed to navigate the setup without much trouble. However, there were a few moments when the instructions for integrating the dialer and database seemed a bit too technical or hasty, which threw me off initially. After spending some extra time reviewing the guides, I felt more comfortable with those aspects. The automatic updates happened smoothly and without much disruption, which was definitely a plus. Telephonic support was available and respectful; they answered my questions patiently but sometimes took longer to resolve specific doubts. The invoicing and payment process went without any serious hiccups, though I did feel some labels on the portal could benefit from clearer wording to reduce my uncertainty. Overall, my experience was a mix — I appreciated the helpful explanations yet found some areas less intuitive than expected. This may well depend on one's familiarity with similar software, but I think a little more detail or slower pacing in some parts of training would help others like me. In sum, the software meets most expectations but leaves room to grow for improving accessibility of certain features and clarity of language throughout the portal.
