Software handles errors well but with room to improve
Generally, the WFHI software provided reliable access, and it coped with unexpected issues better than I thought it would. When things did go wrong, like temporary connection drops or inaccurate data loads, I appreciated the clear error messages and the fact that the system attempted automatic recovery without losing work. That said, it was occasionally slow to respond during these glitch moments and sometimes required manual intervention, which disrupted my workflow. The interface for troubleshooting was intuitive enough, which helped reduce frustration. However, I did encounter one instance where a bug caused the dialer to freeze, and support took a bit longer than I liked to assist. Despite these hiccups, I found the software stable overall and felt equipped to handle common problems. The combination of resilience and some rough patches leads me to give a positive rating with a small reservation about occasional delays and responsiveness under stress.
