Software fits my hours, but few tweaks needed
The platform fits my working hours okay, but it felt like some features assume a more traditional day rather than flexible remote timing. The dialer sometimes didn’t sync with my preferred calling slots, which was a bit inconvenient. Database access was consistent, though, and helped me keep track of contacts well across all shifts. I expected a bit more customization for time zone and working hours when I signed up, so that was missing for me. The automatic updates occasionally came during active work periods, disrupting my flow slightly. Overall, the software is usable within my schedule but could improve its fit for non-standard remote hours with some adjustments.
