Software fits my hours, but calling tool stands out
I've been using the software for a while, and honestly, it fits pretty well with my actual work hours. I tend to work at unpredictable times, but the automatic updates have kept everything relatively fresh without interrupting my flow. The database feature also syncs nicely, which helps especially when logging calls that happen late in the evening. Now, about the calling tools and the dialer—that's the standout part for me. It's the one feature that just clicks with how I prefer to organize my daily routine. Sometimes the interface felt a bit clunky initially, especially when trying to adjust call lists during odd hours, but it’s improved steadily. The telephonic support was good when I pinged them about those roadblocks. Also, signing up and paying was hassle-free, so that’s one less thing to worry about. The training materials helped me pick up the features quickly enough, though I wish some onboarding instructions had been clearer upfront. But with the calling tool being this effective, I can work around the slight learning curve without stress.
