Software didn’t live up to what I had before
After using WFHI’s software for a few weeks, I’ve come to a straightforward conclusion: it did not meet my expectations compared to what I’d used previously. The interface felt less intuitive, which slowed me down when trying to place calls through their dialer. The database feature was less flexible and didn’t align well with how I organize my client information, which was quite frustrating. I also encountered several bugs that required repeated calls to telephonic support, but even then, resolutions were slow and often temporary. The automatic updates sometimes introduced new issues rather than improvements, affecting my workflow unpredictably. Onboarding and training provided were not as comprehensive or clear as I would have liked, leading to confusion about how to get the most from the tools. Finally, the sign-up and payment steps were more cumbersome than I expected, lacking the smoothness of other platforms I’ve used. Taking all of this together, my overall verdict is that this software was not suitable for my working style and did not match the capabilities I had relied on before trying WFHI.
