Software confusing for those who prefer clear labels
I found the WFHI software quite difficult to navigate because the labels and wording did not make much sense to me. The dashboard options were often unclear, and I struggled to figure out what some buttons were meant to do. It felt like the terminology was very technical and did not use plain language that would suit someone new to such tools. I think this might be fine for people who already know the basics, but not great for those who need more straightforward instructions and clear explanations. The onboarding process tried to guide me, but many times, I was left guessing what to do next or how to use the calling tools properly. Additionally, the database feature seemed complicated to set up because of this unclear wording. Overall, I don’t think this software is ideal if you prefer an easy, beginner-friendly layout and clear labeling. It could work better if the language was simplified, but as it stands, I found it quite frustrating and confusing throughout, which might put off users without technical experience.
