Day-to-day use me WFHI ka software kaafi reliable laga, specially jab main calling tools use karti thi during my daily routine. Dialer generally smooth tha aur database integration bhi theek se perform karta tha. Lekin kabhi kabhi jaise during updates ya busy hours, mujhe thoda software slow ya hang hota hua dikh raha tha jo inconvenient tha. Woh rare moments the, par thoda dikkat dene wale. Access karna thoda easy tha, login process consistent tha but mujhe lagta hai thoda aur optimization chahiye regular working hours ke liye. Training aur onboarding session ke baad jab main software use kar rahi thi, tab overall usability decent thi. I would rate it good with ek chhoti si reservation ki wo kabhi kabhi performance issues laata hai.
