Software and access not reliable enough
Using WFHI software on a daily basis was more frustrating than convenient. Although the initial setup seemed straightforward, issues started cropping up quickly as I tried to maintain consistent access. The dialer sometimes failed to connect properly, causing delays in workflows. On the positive side, the database feature was relatively decent and helped organize contacts adequately. However, frequent bugs disrupted the calling tools and integration, often requiring me to restart or troubleshoot repeatedly. Automatic updates occasionally improved performance, but more often introduced new glitches. Support was polite and tried to help, but often slow and unable to solve the core issues promptly. Billing and payment processes were clear and smooth, which I appreciated amidst the otherwise unstable software experience. Overall, the product did not provide the consistent reliability I hoped for and required too many workarounds to be efficient. I acknowledge some parts, like the database management, functioned well, but day-to-day use felt like battling persistent hiccups that slowed me down the most.
