Switching to this software from what I used before was not as easy as I thought it’d be. The interface took more navigating to get used to, and some features like the database handling were less intuitive. Accessing all parts required more clicks and waiting for pages to load compared to my previous tool. The dialer worked okay but felt clunky for quick calls, which slowed me down.
