Software access was reliable, but some features slowed me down
Switching to this software from my old setup was pretty smooth in terms of getting access—I could start working right after onboarding without much fuss, which was the big plus. The automatic updates meant I didn’t have to worry about manually installing anything, so that saved time and kept the system current. The dialer and database were robust enough to handle most of what I needed during the week’s calls, letting me focus on my workflow without technical hiccups. However, there was one hiccup I noticed: sometimes the database queries took longer than expected, which disrupted the rhythm when I was multitasking. Compared with my previous software, it felt modern and more intuitive overall, though that lag was a bit frustrating during peak usage. I still ended the week feeling the software did the job well and was a definite upgrade, but the database speed on heavy loads could use some fine-tuning so it won’t slow me down in the future.
