Software access was okay but recurring help seems necessary
I want to point out first that the software access itself didn’t cause much trouble initially; signing up and getting started was straightforward enough and the interface looked fine. However, once I started using the dialer and database features, I realized I would definitely need help again next time and the time after that. The onboarding training was not detailed enough for my experience levels, so I found myself repeatedly contacting support to clarify basic issues, which should have been resolved by more intuitive software design or clearer initial training. I also struggled with the automatic updates which sometimes disrupted my workflow without clear notification beforehand. The payment and invoicing procedure was fairly handled, but it wasn't something I found remarkable. What bothers me most is that the software feels like it demands more continuous assistance than I can comfortably manage. You definitely need to consider whether you have the patience or support available before using this extensively. The good part was that the telephonic support was polite, though often they couldn’t resolve my questions on the first call. This kind of recurring help requirement isn’t ideal for long-term use if you’re expecting more independence from the tools.
