Software access was a bit tougher than I expected
Compared to the tools I used before, this software required a bit more effort to get started with. The initial setup wasn’t complicated but did take longer than I anticipated because I had to familiarize myself with a different layout and features. The database management and dialer function are definitely improved over what I had, making the task of calling and tracking somewhat more streamlined. However, I found the automatic updates occasionally disruptive, as I needed to pause work to accommodate changes. Still, these updates helped keep the software current, so the inconvenience felt justified. Overall, while it took a solid effort to adjust, I appreciated the advantages once I was familiar with the environment. The sign-up and payment processes added minimal friction, and support was available, though I didn't need to reach out much. It’s a good step up for managing remote workflows, albeit with a steeper learning curve than I initially thought.
