Software access experience: mixed results
On paper, I expected the onboarding and daily use of WFHI's software to be seamless based on the initial descriptions and training modules. I anticipated a smooth signup process paired with quick invoice handling, which generally happened as promised. However, once I started using the calling tools and database on a daily basis, there were moments when the software lagged, causing some slowdowns that I had not expected given its advertised capabilities. The automatic updates were a fairly helpful addition, ensuring I was always using the latest version without extra effort, but they sometimes interrupted ongoing workflows. Telephonic support was hit or miss—sometimes very helpful, other times less so. While I appreciate the breadth of features, the everyday practicalities didn't always live up to expectations. Overall, my verdict is a balanced one: the software functions well enough, but there are notable areas where it could improve to meet user expectations more fully.
