Socha tha zyada easy hoga lekin mila thoda complicated
Maine pehle bhi doosre tools use kiye hai toh expect kiya tha ki sales aur pre-purchase process simple aur direct hoga, lekin WFHI mein thoda zyada questions aur confirmations maange gaye during sign up. Mujhe samajh mein aaya ki wo better security aur clarity ke liye hai, par phir bhi jo simple experience socha tha, wo poora nahi hua. Pricing aur invoicing system clear tha, lekin steps thode lengthy lag rahe the mere liye. Lag raha hai ki shayad ye process mere jaise naye users ke liye thoda zyada thoughtful hoga, par mere expectations thode alag the jo poori tarah meet nahi hui.
