Socha tha easy hoga par thoda effort laga milne mein
Hey yaar, training aur onboarding ke baare mein baat karun toh main soch rahi thi ki jitna smooth aur easy rahega utna acha rahega, especially jab naya software use karna hota hai aur mujhe apne calendar se match karna hota hai. Lekin jab main actual mein try kar rahi thi WCWHI ke training platform pe, toh kabhi kabhi thoda confusion ho gaya ki kis module ko pehle karna chahiye. Mujhe laga tha ki sab kuch easily tracked milega jaise progress tracker ya clear pointers, par thoda scattered feel aaya ki kaun sa topic kaha jayega. Lekin jo cheez achhi thi wo yeh ki jo search aur filter options diye hain, usse main relatively fast apne required training part tak pahunch gayi. Jo expectations mere paas thi wo mainly simple aur smooth navigation ki thi par thoda extra time toh laga find karne me required lessons ko. Mujhe basically ek friendly approach chahiye thi ki main khud explore kar loon without zyada sochne ke, and that was partially true here. In sab ke bawajood, overall training framework okay tha aur main use karti rahungi for sure, bas thoda aur perfect banana padega.
