so yeah training was chill even when things went sideways
So I started off with the onboarding and training sessions, and honestly the whole experience was pretty chill. At one point, my internet went weird and I lost connection in the middle of a training video, but the system remembered where I left off which felt like a lifesaver. Also, when I reached out for help through their support line, the responses were relaxed and friendly, not pushy or robotic. The step-by-step approach in the training helped me keep up without feeling overwhelmed. I didn’t rush through things so when something didn’t work right the first time, it wasn’t a big drama. I just took a quick break, called support if needed, and went back to it. Having automatic updates meant I didn’t have to manually check for changes, which was convenient. In all, if I had to tell a friend, I’d say it’s a pretty user-friendly way to get comfortable with remote workflow tools without stress or long waits.
