So, the onboarding was decent, just one thing I’d mention

I wasn’t exactly sure how long it would take to get fully set up with the WFHI training and onboarding, but overall it went pretty smoothly. The initial sign-up was straightforward, and they guide you through the basics step-by-step, which makes it easier to understand the software functions. I was especially glad for the training modules, which cover everything from the dialer to managing the database, though I initially found some sections a bit repetitive. What stood out to me was how automatic updates kept the software fresh without me having to do anything extra, which was a relief. Still, I think they could make the whole process a touch faster—sometimes I felt like I was waiting to move to the next step because of verification pauses. But honestly, getting comfortable with the calling tools and the dashboard was quicker than I'd feared. I like that they don’t rush you through, so you really get the hang of everything. All in all, if I had to explain to a friend, I’d say it’s a good setup overall, though it’s not lightning fast. You go at your own pace, kinda, but expect to spend some decent hours before being fully ready.
