So reassured right from the start, thanks to that one moment
I have tried a few remote workflow tools before, but WFHI’s training and onboarding gave me a distinct impression of clarity right from the first tutorial session. Specifically, there was one moment when the explanation about using the dialer and managing the database clicked perfectly for me. It was clear and hands-on, which made me feel like I was actually accomplishing something functional instead of just going through theory. The rest of the training was a bit more general, but it was well-structured and paced pretty well to not overwhelm. The automatic updates ensured that new features appeared regularly without interrupting my work, and the invoicing process was far more transparent than I’ve seen elsewhere. Compared to my previous experiences, I felt less pressure and confusion during onboarding here, which made me more confident that I could handle the software’s capabilities on my own. Overall, it gave me a nice mix of support and independence right away, and I appreciated the balance.
