so, overall, it's working well just with a little quirk
I’ve been using the wfhi training and onboarding services now for a few weeks, and it’s been mostly smooth sailing. The training materials themselves are pretty clear and easy to go through at my own pace, which was nice because I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. The onboarding flow made sense, though sometimes I did find myself waiting longer than expected between some of the steps, especially when it came to accessing the calling tools and dialer functionalities. It didn’t stop me from getting work done, but if I was explaining it to a friend, I’d say it’s great but could be a bit more streamlined to cut down on those unnecessary delays. The telephonic support helped me sort out little confusions quickly, and the regular automatic updates meant the software stayed fresh without me needing to keep an eye on things constantly. Sign-up and payments went without hassle, which was a relief. I’d say I’ll keep using it because it definitely works well enough for what I need, just room to trim some waiting time in the onboarding process.
