So much time wasted just signing up

I started with good hopes but got stuck early on; the sign-up steps were seriously confusing. At one point, I spent nearly half an hour trying to figure out the sequence of entering my details and setting up access. It just didn’t feel like a logical order and left me frustrated. Later parts of the onboarding seemed rushed or unclear too, though I can’t recall them exactly because by then I was already irritated. The calling tools seemed like they might be decent, but I never got that far. If the initial setup had been smoother and more straightforward, maybe I could’ve given it another shot, but as it stands, it really didn’t work for me.
