So much hassle for less than expected
My experience with the sales and pre-purchase process was frustrating in the long run. Before signing up, I expected a straightforward introduction to the software and clear explanation of features. Instead, it took a lot of effort to understand what exactly was being offered versus what I really needed. The marketing didn't match the detailed capabilities, and I spent time going back and forth with support just to clarify basic things. The documentation wasn't as comprehensive as I hoped, which meant I had to rely on telephonic calls to fill the gaps. By the time I was somewhat familiar with the software, I was already tired from all the initial confusion and unclear information. I definitely felt that the pre-purchase phase required a lot more patience and effort than it should have. Looking back, the experience didn't meet my expectations for a paid service and made me question whether it was worth pursuing further.
