So much effort but zero useful help
I tried contacting the support several times when my access to the dialer and database just stopped working. Each call lasted ages on hold and when I finally reached someone, the answers were vague and unhelpful. Nothing was fixed despite repeated explanations. The updates happened automatically but caused more issues, and support just told me to wait for the next update without resolving anything. The signing up and billing parts were fine but didn’t matter since I couldn’t use the software effectively. The whole back-and-forth took a lot of time and effort on my part with no real progress. Honestly, it felt like shouting into the void, and I decided this setup wouldn’t work for me the way I need. The frustration was too high, and the lack of useful assistance made it not worth continuing.
