so frustrating, labels bore me totally confused

I found the whole sales pitch pretty annoying honestly, the way words were used just didn’t make much sense to me. Labels on the website and in emails were vague and half of the time I had no clue what exactly was included or what step was next. It felt like they were trying to overcomplicate things instead of being clear and straightforward. This confusion made me hesitate before signing up and honestly made the whole process much more stressful than it needed to be. I would have appreciated simpler language and clearer tags because otherwise it felt like I was guessing what each feature or service actually meant.
