Smooth sign-up but some waiting during training phases
I appreciated how straightforward the sign-up and invoicing process was; that part went very well with minimal hassle. However, during the sales and pre-purchase stages, I did notice that there was a bit of repetitive information sharing required, especially since certain modules in the training needed confirmation more than once. While the overall flow was logical and easy to follow, sometimes I found myself waiting longer than expected between accessing the next training segment and receiving system updates. The calling tools worked efficiently though, which I found valuable in maintaining communication within my remote workflow. Though the database feature is comprehensive, loading times occasionally felt sluggish which impacted daily progress. It’s evident the platform aims to streamline onboarding and training, but a little more speed in response and less repetition would definitely enhance the experience. That said, telephonic support was friendly and helpful whenever I reached out. In summary, the set-up experience was overall positive with just a few small wrinkles relating mainly to timing and repetitive prompts.
