Overall the billing and payment setup went quite smoothly, though I noticed a bit of a gap between one-off charges and regular fees. During initial signing up, the process felt straightforward and I didn’t encounter any surprises. However, as weeks passed, the recurring payment reminders and adjustments didn’t always feel immediate or as clear as I hoped. It’s like the one-time setup was excellent but the ongoing management side missed some polish. I guess that’s okay given the software focus more than billing specifically. Still, it would be great if there was a more consistent dialogue in billing updates, to avoid last-minute checks on invoices. I keep thinking about how this could make my daily workflow with payments even simpler, but overall the outcome is positive enough that I continue using the service.
