Smooth recurring payments but occasional invoice delays
Over the course of several weeks, I noticed the billing and payment process generally worked well. Most of my monthly invoices arrived on time and were easy to understand, which made managing my accounts simple. Automatic updates to payment methods were handled without fuss, and my recurring payments cleared without any surprises. That said, there were a couple instances when invoices were delayed by a few days, which caused me to double-check that payments had processed correctly. Despite this, every time I reached out to support by phone, the agents explained the slight delay clearly and reassured me there was no issue with my account. Balancing these points, I feel the overall outcomes from billing were positive even if not flawless. I would continue using the service for its reliability with only minor room for improvement especially in timing consistency for invoice delivery.
