Smooth process felt more organized than expected
I felt surprisingly good about the onboarding because the steps were more logically arranged than I anticipated. I expected a more fragmented approach with overlap and unnecessary delays, but instead, the training flowed in sensible order—starting from the basics, then diving into the software interface, followed by practical use of the dialing tool. Compared to other experiences I've had, this one actually maintained a clear progression. It’s something that kept me engaged and reduced confusion, which is pretty essential when you’re setting up workflows remotely. That smooth sequencing definitely helped me settle in easier than I thought I would.
