Smooth payment but invoicing was a little confusing

The payment system itself was straightforward and processed my payments on time, which I appreciate. However, the invoicing details weren’t exactly what I had expected. At one point, I found some charges listed that I hadn’t anticipated. The billing cycle matched what was communicated initially, so that part was fine. But the information on the invoices was sometimes vague, which meant I had to spend extra time figuring out how the amounts were calculated. Signing up and using the software was mostly as expected, but clearer invoice explanations would help avoid confusion going forward. Overall, it was a mix of good reliability and unclear invoicing.
