The entire pre-purchase and sales experience felt reasonably efficient. There was some unavoidable repetition in explaining my requirements to different team members, which stretched the process slightly. However, this was balanced by the comprehensive explanations I received and the patience of the support staff. Waiting times between follow-ups were generally acceptable, avoiding any real frustration. Although a few steps could have been streamlined to reduce the back-and-forth, the thoroughness ensured I fully understood the software’s capabilities before committing. Overall, it felt like a well-managed and informative process rather than a rushed or disorganized one.
