Smooth overall but felt like I explained too much
The software generally worked fine but I ended up figuring out a lot of things myself. The initial onboarding seemed okay, and training sessions were provided, yet many of the tools required me to explore features on my own. The database was functional but some parts of the interface weren't immediately intuitive so I had to spend additional time exploring how best to manage entries and calls. The automatic updates arrived without much notice, which sometimes caught me off guard, making me stop my work to adapt. Support was available, and I appreciated that, though many times I found myself walking them through the problem before they could assist effectively. The sign-up and payment system was easy enough, but I felt the entire onboarding process could be smoother with less hands-on figuring out required from the user. Overall, the experience was positive but slightly exhausting because I ended up explaining many issues myself repeatedly, which was tiring. Still, it’s usable and reasonably efficient once you get past the initial learning phase.
