The training and onboarding process was quite comprehensive, and the team was very responsive whenever I had questions. Initially, I felt a bit overwhelmed by the amount of material to absorb and the steps to configure the software properly. However, the trainers patiently addressed every doubt and provided clear guidance. Though there were moments when I wished there was a quicker response, overall the support matched my expectations. This thorough introduction to the remote workflow tools eventually helped me gain confidence in using the platform effectively. It’s clear that WFHI’s approach puts a lot of emphasis on making sure users not only get started but continue to understand the tools deeply. I’m really glad with the result of this process for me.
