Smooth onboarding process brought peace of mind
Starting with WFHI felt quite seamless. The steps laid out during the onboarding process were logical and easy to follow, which made me feel more comfortable. It’s often tricky when new tools are introduced, but here the guidance was structured well, leading me through one step at a time. I appreciated that the communication was both frequent and clear—this gave me confidence in using the software. However, at times, I felt that some steps could have been expedited a bit more, but the clarity helped overcome that. Compared to previous experiences with different platforms, I’d say WFHI does a better job at arranging training evidence, supporting the overall flow. It felt like I was genuinely being guided, rather than just figuring it out alone. The support was responsive too, allowing me to address any questions I had in real time. I believe this combination made the experience quite reassuring and worthwhile in the end.
