Smooth onboarding but some repeated instructions
I found the training and onboarding process effective in introducing the core features and software flow. What I really liked was that each step was explained with videos that were clear, although some of the videos repeated the same point in slightly different ways which made me wait longer than expected. The waiting periods for connecting to live sessions were minimal which kept me engaged. I appreciated the quick guides that showed how the dialing tool and database worked together, which helped me grasp the workflow faster. Overall, the friendly tone and breaks between modules made the training easy to follow. A bit less repetition would make it even better. Still I'd say the experience helped me get mostly ready to use the software confidently.
