Smooth enough, though some steps felt out of place
The billing and payment process generally felt straightforward, which was a relief considering how complicated invoicing can get. Signing up was quick, and I appreciated receiving the invoice promptly and clearly, making it easy to complete the payment. However, the order of some steps felt a bit off to me. For example, certain confirmations came before the payment was recorded, creating slight confusion about whether the setup was fully complete. The software itself integrated reasonably well post-payment, and I liked that updates happened automatically without disrupting my workflows. Support was helpful when I called, addressing both billing and usage questions efficiently. Overall, the entire experience felt quite manageable and didn’t hold me back from using the platform effectively. I might have liked a more linear path through the onboarding steps but nothing too serious enough to warrant a lower rating.
