Smooth enough, but a quick start guide could help

I was quite eager to get everything running after signing up with WFHI. The software itself was pretty intuitive, but I did notice that the initial set-up took longer than I expected. Accessing the calling tools and setting up the dialer required several steps, and while the documentation was helpful, it didn't cover some minor quirks I encountered. For example, the database integration was slightly confusing at the start because there wasn't a straightforward walkthrough. On the plus side, the automatic updates pushed improvements without crashing the system or requiring me to redo configurations, which was a relief. Having telephonic support available was beneficial too, although I rarely needed to call since most of the features started to feel natural after a couple of days. If there was one thing missing, it would be a concise onboarding checklist that prioritized the critical steps to get the workflow going quickly. All in all, while the process was not lightning fast, the thoroughness in the software design meant I didn’t feel rushed and could set things up carefully. I imagine that once that initial timeline is overcome, ongoing use would be much more seamless.
