Smooth Dialer Setup, But Onboarding Was A Bit Generic
I had used some other platforms before, so I was curious about how the training and onboarding would differ here. One thing that impressed me immediately was the dialer setup session during the training. It was really well paced and clear, making it easy to get my calling tools ready in just a few minutes. The trainer explained how the dialer integrates smoothly with the database feature, which is always a bonus. However, apart from that, the rest of the onboarding felt somewhat generic and less tailored to practical workflows, especially compared to what I had experienced elsewhere. Navigation through the software was adequate, but sometimes I had to dig through multiple screens to find what I needed, which slowed me down. The automatic updates seemed to happen quietly in the background, which was nice since I didn’t have to worry about manually installing patches. Onboarding materials did a good job covering the basics, but more real-life scenario-based examples would have helped. The support team was available via phone, which I appreciated when I hit some minor glitches during setup, though response times could have been a bit quicker. Overall, the training made me confident about using the main calling features, but I expected more in-depth guidance to streamline the workflow as a whole.
