Smooth dialer but database fell short
I've used several remote workflow tools before, so I was curious how this one stacked up. The calling tools and dialer were quite smooth, making it easy to connect with contacts during my regular work sessions. However, the database feature didn't mesh well with my existing processes; I found it less intuitive and a bit limiting in terms of organizing data. On the positive side, automatic updates worked seamlessly without interrupting my activities, which was a definite plus compared to some other software where updates often hampered use. Overall, while the dialer function met expectations reliably, the database aspect could use some improvements to truly compete with what I had used before, especially for more complex workflows. Signing-up and invoicing were straightforward, and telephonic support provided decent help when I needed it, though not always immediately. So my experience was mixed, with some good points, like easy calls and smooth onboarding, but also some frustrations around data handling that kept it from being ideal for my needs.
